This Privacy Policy explains how dinersim ("the app", "we", "us"), operated by Doyle Family Enterprises, collects, uses, stores, and shares information, including information received from Google when you sign in with Google and grant access to Google Drive.

1. Google user data we access

• Basic profile information (name and profile picture) to identify you in the app.
• Email address to identify your account and contact you about the app if needed.
• Google Drive files that you select or that are created by dinersim, used solely to store and access your own dinersim app files. We do not access other files in your Drive.

2. How we use this data

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of dinersim, such as signing you in and saving and loading your app files. We do not use it for any other purpose.

3. Sharing and transfer

We do not sell your data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based ads. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the app's features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to you. Humans do not read your data unless you give explicit consent, it is needed for security purposes, or it is required by law.

4. Limited Use disclosure

dinersim's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Storage, retention, and deletion

Your app files are stored in your own Google Drive. We keep only the minimum account information needed to operate the app, for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing dfgdevpros@gmail.com; we will delete it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it. Files in your Google Drive remain under your control and can be deleted by you in Drive.

6. Revoking access

You can revoke dinersim's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information.

8. Children

dinersim is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
