These Terms govern your use of dinersim, operated by Doyle Family Enterprises. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

dinersim is in development. You may use it for lawful, personal purposes only. Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the app.
2. Your account and content
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity under it. Files you create remain yours and are stored in your Google Drive.
3. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doyle Family Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
6. Termination
You may stop using the app and revoke access at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post changes on this page.
